Mumbai: B-Town's pout queen Kareena Kapoor Khan, who is currently holidaying in Gstaad with hubby Saif Ali Khan, has been roped in to endorse the Pakistan's mobile brand 'QMobile', thus helping the corporation build an even better image. As per reports, it will be the most expensive spot of Pakistan.
While talking to a daily, Zeeshan Akhtar, Chairman and CEO of QMobile said, "The profile that she carries, the candid charisma, and back to back mega hits, all this in addition to enjoying the number one status in the Bollywood female star category, made us select her as our brand ambassador. Being the number one mobile phone brand in the country we couldn't settle for anything less."
In 2012, bebo had signed a beverage ad for Rs 5 cr, however, no one knows as to how much she is charging for this particular spot. The star would not ask for less as recently, her cousin brother Ranbir Kapoor signed an ad deal for Rs 25 cr in India. So, you may not know what numbers Kareena actually comes up with.
Talking on the same, the CEO said, "We call it investment, not cost and that is supposed to be a secret."
The ad will be shot in Thailand and as per reports, a very experience international team has been chosen to shoot the ad.
As all know that Bollywood is quite famous in Pakistan and so, the makers have roped in Kareena for the ad. Sometime back, 'Aashiqui 2' actor Aditya Roy Kapoor was branding for the same company and the advertisement starring him was much appreciated in the country.
Others who have been part of Pakistani ads include Juhi Chawla.
Kareena will promote the 'Noir Quadcore Z4' model of QMobile.
